The snorkeling excursions were a highlight, complete with outstanding guides, while the ambiance of the beachside restaurant provided a picturesque setting for meals. However, we did experience a few service delays during peak times.

The sea view was stunning, and I loved the snorkeling excursions! Also enjoyed the hammocks and paddleboards by the beach.

Staying at Villa Margarita At Jaguar Reef was an amazing experience! The deluxe double room with sea view was spacious and well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The staff was super attentive—special shoutout to Chantal at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool was just steps away from our room, and the beach was simply stunning, making for a perfect getaway.

The sliding glass door was difficult to use.

Staying here with my wife and four teenagers was fantastic! We enjoyed the gorgeous sea views and the spacious Deluxe Double Room, which was just steps away from the beach. Kids loved the snorkeling excursions and discovered some amazing marine life.

My wife says that a kids’ menu would have been great.

Just a reliable pick for a short stay in Hopkins with good value. The pool area was private, just for our use. Beware of the sand flies if you're planning to hang out on the beach.

great stay with a few small drawbacks

The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel like a valued guest. The beach was pristine, with soft sand and inviting waves that made relaxation easy. The view from my deluxe double room was breathtaking, creating a perfect backdrop for my stay. The pool area was conveniently located just steps from my room, allowing for quick dips to cool off in the warm weather.

villa margarita at jaguar reef is right on the beach with an inviting pool just steps away. the staff was so friendly and always willing to help us with our plans. the rooms had gorgeous views and provided a welcoming atmosphere.

The Deluxe Double Room with Sea View offered a stunning view and comfortable bedding. The staff created a warm atmosphere, consistently addressing guests by name and exceeding expectations in service. Although the food was delicious, it was overly greasy on several occasions, which detracted from the dining experience. Additionally, while the beach was beautiful, there were noticeable sand flies that made lounging uncomfortable at times. The room's amenities were well-maintained, making for a pleasant overall stay.

The beachfront access, the vibrant local culture, the availability of water sports was truly delightful.

Our stay was awesome! The deluxe double room had a view, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The pool was right outside, making it super convenient. Staff like Chantal were super helpful. The beach was lovely and warm! Also, there was a back massage option for spa lovers close by.
